Great product im liking working out using this for my upper back
This is as good as any foam roller you would find in a pt clinic and my mother and i are both satisfied by and grateful for this product
It is a little different than i expected but its a good quality roller even tho i think its a little too hard
Might want to let it air out for a day after you unwrap it due to chemical odor but thats normal for this type of product
