This starter is easy to use, incorporates well into the milk base & makes a potent, tasty yogurt! I use it a few times a week to keep up my supply and i use lactose free high protein fairlife milk, so it's really as healthy as i need it.
The yogurt turns out perfectly if you heat milk to 180 degrees fahrenheit and then cool it to about 110 before you add the powder. Culturing temperature has a normal and low setting, and i think it's defaulting to low. It's a little watery, but you ca... Read More

My wife even commented on the quality and she wouldnt know good yogurt from a hole in the ground
The culturing temp on the duo60 was about 131 f which i thought was high but it worked ok with this product

I must confess i was a little nervous when the new packaging came out and they said they lowered the grams

It is very easy to use and the yogurt it produces tastes far better than storebought
My wife makes the best yougurt and this is the starter she uses
