Kombucha is a live probiotic fermented drink with many health benefits but a little dried chunck of the culture that is then steeped in boiling water is entirely useless

Best of all it is an easy convenient way of benefiting from kombucha if you dont grow your own and i dont anymore as it is not easy or convenient for me
