Pros & Cons
Pros
Earthy, along with subtle sweetness and hint of spice. Some stevia monkfruit works just fine if you prefer a sweeter taste.
This tea has a pleasant cinnamon like aroma and a cinnamony/carob like flavor. When brewing the tea as strong as i do, i find that it is effective, delicious and requires no sweetener.
This tea is amazing for stress relief. A good tea for night unwinding.
No drugs, no sedatives. The aroma while it steeps fills the whole house. It take longer to brew but is worth it!
Cons
It's too bad this is the only kava they sell in a grocery store, because it's not really kava. It smells like wet dog food in gravy. Not very good tasting.
Stevia is overpoweringly sweet and tastes like artificial sugar even though it's not. I get migraines from barley, and unfortunately barley was one of the ingredients. This product is not gluten free.

The taste is fine for me if a little odd but some stevia monkfruit works just fine if you prefer a sweeter taste
