I ordered the wrong size i measured my hand and thought the 2 would work but it just was too small

I have a problem of sweaty palms and feet when i exercise so i was always sliding around on my mat not good when your trying to hold a pose

I use the gloves because the socks is not comfortable

Previously i tried the knit ones that are like fingerless gloves but found those to be useless and uncomfortable
