Strong and sturdy yoga wheel though the material lining the edge isnt as strong as rubber

The only thing i noticed was the inside of it the clear coat is chipping or scratching off which is slightly a bummer but i can get over that and also the instructions appeared to be made from copying machine and not like what is pictured original and colored

I use it in the beginning of my practice to open up my shoulders and chest then later on when im trying to deepen my backbends and scorpion pose

It did arrive with a tiny scratch on the inside of the wheel but it wasnt noticeable enough to return it

At first glance of the box it arrived in i thought for sure that this was a mistake

I guess i really didnt read the size correctly and i thought there was no way my wheel would fit in this small box
