The towel is absorbent and perfect for hot yoga. they absorb my (bountiful) sweat output.

The larger size option is so nice to have and fits my large rubber jade mat great. I primarily use a rubber mat but have used them on foam and they did fine. It fits my 5mm reversible lululemon mat perfectly.

I love how this mat tucks over all 4 corners of the mat. The corners being able to tuck around the mat are great to keep it in place.
