This playpen is awesome and big. It's easy to assemble. Customer service is amazing.

Extra foam mat is perfect and not bulky. The pad is a bit thin, but with some foam pad under it wouldn't be an issue on our wood floors. You can add more cushioning under it or use a blanker over it if you feel is not enough cushion.

Customer service is excellent and very responsive. The only complaint i have is that the mat is not very durable.
