Also in the box are small, medium and large silicone earpieces. Highs are clear and piercing at high volumes. If you were curious about sizing for the purpose of buying alternative ear tips, the ear-tube part (where the tip pushes on) are about 5.
Kz zst are louder and clearer than a pair of £100 dre urbeats. They are not better than my more expensive pairs, but they are not a million miles away. Stereo image is spacious and airy. Plenty of headroom.
Tangle free braided cable which is great out of the box. They look great, have the awesome benefit of replaceable and upgradeable wires.
Top end is sparkly, the mids are stunning and the bass is amazing. For classical, my go-to test piece is rhapsody in blue and these handle it very nicely.
Cons
Whoever thought of this idea is an absolute *. The buds are an odd shape and continually slip out of the ears. The connectors are very loose and an ear disconnected during performance.
There doesn't appear to be a jam-packed load of drivers or electronics in there to warrant such excessive bulk. Bass is there, but pretty loose and not very musical, mids are far too recessed. Not professional sound.

Packaging is also good would make a great gift for someone
Packaging is basic they include some more ear buds for correct fit the cable little manual and thats about it
Competitiveness
I have purchased these with a fiio ubtr which costs under £30 along with these bringing total cost to around £47
They do make more expensive iems but why spend more that £20
Its taken me a looong time to find something this amazing and was over the moon at with the price
These certainly dont disappoint even as a basshead

The earbuds fit nicely in the ear that helps to reduce background noise and enhance the bass
