Pros
Great item. Hasn't shown a sign of weakness, very happy. Highly recommend this.
I need a clothes rail and this looked like less hassle than messing around with screws and rawl plugs. Even if you don't find the instructions for some reason, it is very intuitive.
Cons
Big disappointment. Didn't like anything about it. Absolutely rubbish.
Got stuck trying to extend. Had to screw it into the wall, yet still can't put anything on it, not even one top on a light hanger. The pole is not easy to tighten.

However no good for windows that open inwards or swivel as it fall down in the way

It did come down on one occasion and this was after a 10yr old had twirled around as much as possible and then jumped forcing the pole down

The installation instructions are on the package ie the plastic wrap around the rod as well as on the product description above

I anted this to go under a slatted shelf in my airing cupboard as we had never got round to fitting a fixed rail
