The set i received the hole to connect the base to the stand wasnt drilled correctly and would not stand straight so i ended up returning them

There were no assembly instructions included but look at the base on the shiny side is the opening and on the bottom cushion side there really is a hole already there i wasn’t sure until i alighted the screw and it pushed right through from bottom to the top i held the stand arm in place and used the included allen key to gently tighten
