I will say that it's a bit fiddly to get on. I fixed mine by grinding down the welds on the ring.

The pin and lock fit on rather loosely which means the main part can raise and hinge a bit from the ring

Im not large neither in height or cock size however the 48mm ring just about cut off circulation to my boys
