I find it is good for posture support as well. I find myself sitting up more and slouching less. I pair it with my sweet sweat sweat band & it is amazing!
Lbs, smaller waist big *, this fits great, nice high compression. My belly is huge like 38” after baby postpartum. It fits tight but beauty is pain and pain is beauty.
Cons
The support strips/bones/stays are flexible and flimsy. This is more like a girdle or spanx. Wasted my time and money.
