Pros

The waist trainer is so comfortable. It is good for posture support as well. I find myself sitting up more and slouching less. Highly recommend this with the metal skeleton.

Sizing info-im 5’4 220lbs and wear a size xl shirt and size 18 pants. It fits tight but beauty is pain and pain is beauty so if you want to get your pre-baby body back, you gotta sacrifice comfort.

Cons

I need a 5 -6x to close around stomach area & torso is not long enough. Will be returning product. Sizes are incorrect.
