The size is perfect if your purpose is actively working on loosing weight and re-shaping the body. I am total nube when it comes to waist training, luckily i have my cousin who is a pro, i am 5’6, waist is 34.

Don't regret purchasing so far at. I love the fit and will wear it again and again as it really gave me the fit i was looking for to smooth out my posture and gave the gown a very elegant look.
