Pros

Latch is *, built like a tank and really snaps together tightly. I have it helmet mounted on my ski helmet and it's intuitive enough to open and close without taking off my helmet.

The yi is pretty waterproof. It keeps a great seal, so your yi will stay dry when you are filming some awesome underwater footage. If you're wondering would this survive underwater for a few seconds, absolutely.

The real strength and draw of such cameras lies in the sturdiness of the case. Designed well and feels durable. Quality is top notch.

Cons

The case latch doesn't pull the back of the case in as far as it should. With the camera in it, though, it leaks. Worked great for whitewater rafting but leaked on a 24’ scuba dive.
