Works a treat seemed to be picking up random signals from elsewhere kept turning on randomly a small piece if tinfoil wrapped around the antenna resolved this issue

The controllers key fobs came already programmed to it so need to pair them

This unit when switched passes the 12 volt and to the outlet contacts

The receiver has a green light to indicate when it is switched on but if the power is removed from the unit it also switches to off

Only downside is that as mains voltages are involved it does need to be mounted in a plastic box as the terminals cover would not safely protect any one from touching a live wire
