Pros

Yeti ice on the bottom with a layer of cubes. Ice finishes the job on top and through the cracks. Works as advertised if you follow the instructions for pre-chilling and loading. All stay secure and cold for several days.

Just be forewarned, this cooler is not ‘all that’. Returned and still no refund after 4 weeks. Should have returned, but just did not want the hassle of shipping it back.

Rubber seal seems to be pinched/deformed flat, there is a distinct plastic to plastic sound when you close the lid. Not buying their hopper and tumblers any longer as made in china. Yeti claims that had too many complaints that they were too hard to o... Read More

Cold lasts no more than 3-4 days. Low surface area to melt. I emailedl yeti and they told me i was ignorant.

So for my use i love the extreme build quality but it would have been better served on a larger yeti mode like the tundra 45

Should have just bought an economy brand that doesnt require fooling around with precooling the pounds of insulation the night before

The tundras can all be repaired easily by the user

Price is only downside but very happy with investment
