Pros

Want to be strong tireless, yet retain the flexibility most strongmen struggle to keep? These go well with kettlebells and a excellent for warriors or people who want to feel like warriors. Got this for strength training.

The grit of the steel, especially the handles makes using it with sweaty hands no problem.

Cons

Just a big mag light with no batteries. The grip means you can't do any serious number of reps. Super disappointed and embarrassed.

It still functions but this was not an issue with the other one i ordered

Good thing it’s a heavy duty item because the packaging is not sufficient for this item

This is the third mace i ordered 5 10lb versions arrived in tattered packaging as well

I started with a 10pound steel mace bell and am now up to a 20pound mace bell

Normally 7lb bells are shorter than this and are recommended over 10lbs for lever length
