Pros
Couldn't ask for more in sturdiness and performance. These handles feel really solid and durable. It is extremely sturdy and swivels smoothly.
The grips are thicker than standard and that they are hard rubber instead of a foam. Easily adjust to different widths by sliding. The rotation is perfect so i can switch from over grip to undergrip.
Will probably work well for most users. Just as advertised. Works great. Does its job. Boss status. They do what they say they do.
It's easy to look like a reverse popeye when weightlifting, since all the weights have handles that're so easy to hold. I tend to do this, but it's still a pretty good workout. It prevents shoulder discomfort.
Cons

Not only do these rotate smoothly making the movement painfree but the grips are very wide and made of a nice material so it doesn’t hurt your hand to grip them really hard
