The bands are not consistent like a 25 pound dumbbell

The double band is just genius after breaking a few bands in the early days and injuring myself once severely one has to wonder why this design is not being used on all resistance bands now

I am not sure about the resistance of the other colors but it is listed somewhere if you search for it using yes4all in the search

One broke in the middle because i often used it around a tree the bark created too much friction over time and broke into the band
