Great box. Definite progress. Came within 2 days. This plyo box is great.

Cons

The box is extremely lightweight and whobbily when you touch it. However, it is not sturdy or stable. Terrible, completely unstable, i weigh 135 and can't do step up without it rocking like crazy.

Very flimsy and cheap. Could not use for box jumps. Imagine jumping onto 5 fluffy pillows wrapped in a weird rubber slip.
