No more ibs after gallbladder removal. Blood sugar levels (notdiabetic mind you) feel much more level throughout theday and less hunger. Add a spoonful to my oatmeal in the morning and it helps me to go to the bathroom an hr or less after consumed.

This tastes like dirt. Just scoop up some dirt and mix it with water. Since this is something i ingest and the safety seal was opened and looks like some of the product was spilled i will not be using it.
