Pros

Each yerba prima veg capsule has slightly more psyllium husk in it. The capsules aren't small, but they're pretty easy to *.

Psyllium husk works just as well as the name brands in the drugstore, but they are much less expensive. Makes my poops better. No excess sugar like most fiber supplements.

This seems to have more of a gradual effect. It certainly beats the price of anything that i have seen locally for sure. Theses are just wonderful.

Cons
