Pros

I like the lighted receptacle that lets you know when it is energized. Lighted end is a nice touch.

The cord is not as flexible as a rubber cord, but is flexible enough and doesn't stiffen in the cold. It seems to have a coil memory from shipping, but i think that will eventually flatten out with more use.

It is reasonably supple in the cold and seems to be very well made. They also have a finish on them that keeps them from picking up dust and grime. I feel much more secure with this cord as it is moisture proof.
