Suggest you order direct from att if this is the case otherwise you will spend many hours trying to get the handset to register and it simply will not

I purchased this phone to connect it with ringcentral service and had a very challenging time doing so and therefore i would like to share with others what i did to get it to work and now that i spent so many hours over it i may as well share it with others i am still giving it a 4 star as the phone itself seems to be a good phone
