One of the phones you buy does not work, it has a sound inside as if a piece was broken. It is like we bought a tv without power cord and does not come with power cord.

If you want an everyday phone consider spending more to get any phone that has lots of programmable buttons aka dss keys so you can set up blf busy lamp field buttons

Before buying it i always check the 1 star rating comment and all of the 1 star are because they do not had the power adapter primarily but i had one included
