The web interface is great and unlike the cisco voip phones you dont have to jump through ridiculous hoops to change the wall paper

The other interesting thing is its hard to accidentally hangup on someone when switching off of my headset

I cant tell you how many times on my cisco or polycom phone id accidentally hangup when trying to switch to my regular headset or speaker phone yealink makes it hard and thats good

To ensure best quality calls with any voip phone ensure all your switches or routers support qos and have it enabled and if possible log into them and prioritize your voip phone or device
