The only and major drawback to this device is yealink didnt have the foresight to allow the same extended label length on the line keys on this module that they do on the phones

What this means functionally is you are limited to at most 10 characters per line key

You are forced to basically choose to either input extension numbers or peoples first names and maybe a last initial

That might work for most customers but personally id like to be able to see 2 lines of text per line key like what is possible on the phone itself

That way you can have a name on top line and extension on the lower line
