Cons
The one that can't be used is due to it not fitting in the slots of the xbox controller. Tried to contact them through their customer service and received no communication from them at all.

It’s a bit of a struggle to get the battery in at first and i noticed no matter how long i leave the batteries to charge it never reaches 100

I broke one tab on a pack and rendered it useless because it keeps on falling out even while keeping the controller relatively still

After that the battery life decreases significantly roughly about an hour compared to the 8 hours they did when i first purchased them

If you’re used to ones that ‘hold’ the controller in place while charging or like to charge your spare battery in the base alone this one isn’t it

You have to balance the battery alone just right if you want to charge it without it being in the controller

Because when youre in the middle of the match you and forgot to check your battery life in the past 2 hours you dont have time to pop out the batteries put him in the charger pop out other batteries and put them back in
