Pros

This pine needle rake is a huge time saver. Works really well on freshly fallen pine straw, older straw takes a few passes to pick up.

Cons

Shipped missing parts. Ended up with more missing pieces than present pieces. On top of that, the entire instructions contain 3 pictures. Not satisfied at all.

The rake is far too flimsy and breaks carabiners just trying to lift the rake. Had to reengineer it and add turnbuckles to keep it fromfolding over on itself for the lightest pile of leaves. Would not rake the grass from my front yard.

This box was obviously returned once, retaped and sent out the door to me without the manufacturer inspecting it. Its over priced and worth about $99 item. A worthless item, total waste of money.

Product is very well made tines on the rake are very thick and will last a lifetime

After 6 hours spread over 2 days lots of bad language and several bruises i finally had this put together

I read all the reviews before purchasing so i expected a lighter weight product and poor assembly instructions

Company sent me another one in a matter of days

It came in 4 days sooner than expected so that was a big deal

Packaging/appearance

First of all the hardware was packed loose in the box as shown in pictureand of course had several bolts and nuts missing

Box was missing the 4bolts to put the handle together as it arrived with torn hole in box

There was no box damage but there were 4 tines missing looked like a production error because everything in the box was pristine

Box came a bit busted up and was missing the spring

This set up did better than both companies did last year for a fraction of what i paid them
