Pros
Sticks well with a good glue. We have a floor to ceiling stair newel which was irresistible to our kitten.
Cons
The pack with the longest length of roap only gives you 500mm of coverage. That equates to less than 15metres.
Highlights
Quality
The quality is much better than that of the original in that its a bit thicker and doesnt frey as much
Its good enough quality you just have to make sure you pack it tightly together when wrapping the pole
Minus i am not using the free toy as it is not made of sizal and cat is disinterested in it on the product
Old quality sisal rope however the free toy mouse went straight in the bin as its not suitable for a cat to play with
Packaging/appearance
A free cat toy is also included in the pack
Competitiveness
Cats had destroyed the sisal on their 10ft scratcher
Edit soaked it overnight in a bucket of warm water scented fabric softener and dettol laundry cleanser

Did a bit of research to see if there was a reason for this and there may be vinegar is commonly used as a deodoriser on this type of rope because the rope itself has an unpleasant natural pong
