Pros

It has a folky * sound that’s not overly bright. It just sounds relaxed and mellow. Mellow and deep lows with an exacting midrange. Spruce and maple emphasize one frequency range over another.

This guitar conjures soft jazz, quiet ballads and exacting accuracy for the occasional classical piece. This guitar is quieter than a dreadnaught.

I hope this saves you a lot of time. Love that. Would definitely recommend.

The fg/fs series by yamaha is new in 2016. The fg is a full sized dreadnought.

After extensive research i am very happy with the fg850

Had a classical guitar but it was more difficult to play with the wider neck and higher action
