Bilt is worth every penny spent for it. Fantastic customer service. Still ticking after 5-6 years. Huge clam basket.

Cons

The bottom connector is 100% plastic and if it fails, the whole rack will be on the side of the road. This rack is not made wel at all, very flimsy. The basket is “assembled” but very floppy from the screws not being completely in.
