The issue i have is the wrench and how it tightens the bit into the collet

The teeth on the wrench are so long that you can not fully insert the bit into the collet and tighten it because the room required to remove the wrench after it has been tightened

The wrench fits between the bit and the collet so when you try and embed the bit you can only embed it half way
