The hinge hardware is supplied. It works great on our dock and was easy to install. Ladder is good but it should have wider steps & not so narrow to climb up.

It does come with a hex wrench to mount the grab rails to the bracket

The bad the bungee ball was cracked in half

There was supposed to be 4 plastic caps for the hinge bolts and nuts and only three came in the shipment
