Pros
I am very pleasantly surprised and consider this iron to be great quality and value. Only irritation is that you can't read how much water is in it. But other than that, packing and everything else is in great condition!
Good steam function. Decent iron. Two steam outputs. Just as it is. This steam iron is ideal.
Cons
Iron creates a vacuum-like effect through the holes in base plate, dragging clothes as you move. It needs to be on cotton before you can iron anything. If you would send me a new iron iwill use that packaging to return this faulty iron.
