Pros

Xylitol helps fight decay and is long lasting to chew without getting hard. I read that chewing gum is good for your vagus nerve and so i try and chew gum every day.

Flavor and texture are good. It depends on the flavor for longevity. Good for tooth health.

Cons

The gums taste lasts only 5-10 minutes at best. Once the flavor is gone the gum becomes hard and difficult to chew. Dry mouth causes me to need to chew gum all day.
