There was no product name or product number on the pamphlet, only six illustrated steps. The instruction pamphlet is wrong. Is it a benign mistake of enclosing the wrong instructions, or is it a deliberate attempt to deceive?
Lasted less than a month. Not very durable. Cheap feeling. This boot stretcher is garbage.

I had just ordered these red bottom shoes size 39 and man they was so freaking tight and ordering a larger size was not an option because they already looked long so any longer it would look like boats
