It appears well made but it runs a bit small i had read the other reviews so ordered up a size

I think its going to work its got plenty of pockets including an inner one with a plastic sleeve for a cell phone but it really is heavier than i thought it would be

Hood attached with velcro at neck line and is scratchy if the hood is not completely centered on the velcro
