If you arent familiar with using the web interface its pretty easy

First use an ip scanner like angry ip scanner or look on your routers device table to locate your camera on the network

Once you have the cameras ip address simply punch that into any web browsers address line and add the port number 81 example 192

The default user name and password are located on the sticker on the bottom of the camera

From here you can view and program the camera to do your bidding much easier and with better results than the downloaded software

I have found that setting up most of these type of cameras is to setup wifi via ethernet cable
