Pros
I use this in a gigging band and it works really well for the price. It is durable & perfect for live sound gigs and practices. Good range. Enabled to be quieter on stage and can hear everything.
Cons
They are not as advertised. The antennas are generic 1/2wave antennas with tnc connectors.

The sound quality is not the best but if you get a better inear head phone it will improve a lot

Had static initially in the mix and had to play with the gain knob on the back of each unit to adjust the signal strength to find the correct amount of push to find the sweet spot of a strong enough signal but not so much to have static
