Pros
Oscillating is better then swivel! It cools the whole room. The scratches aside, this fan moves a decent amount of air.
The only downside is the noise level. The fan is definately an outside fan it puts out some decibels but it looks like the fan will last. Pushes a ton of air and it sounds like a small airplane lol.
