I posted a neutral response to the seller since i felt it may not be thier fault however no one had contacted me at this point to let me know what had happened

A short time later i received an email from the seller explaining what had happened and offered a 10 discount for my trouble if they could send the unit back to me promising it was not damaged if i would remove the neutral rating on amazon which i did do

The 10 discount was never applied to my charge card and phone calls to the seller were not returned including a hang up after being on hold for 10 minutes

My assessment of this seller is not good since they did not do what they had promised and i will not purchase anything from them in the future

Actually surprised that this thing works was able to pull 500 microns on a mini split i have only used it once mine took a dump and got this next day
