I like the quality and finish of this unit

I purchased some high quality silicone grease used for struts and apply to the top of the fly wheel before ever other workout

Beyond arriving damaged in a box that was tattered to shreds the computer did not connect with the system

I have to take the computer off and reinstall the batteries then pair it with the transmitter and reattach it

Shipping was great and was delivered with no damage

I received the bike last week and found out that the seat was bent and bottom of the frame had been damaged during the shipping

I had already disposed of the original packing and shipping box so a return was not possible

This process took me about 20 minutes because of the weight bulk and caution in preserving the packaging and the contents

Packaging wasnt the best and the box was completely open and unusable for a return

I put it together in less than 30 minutes
