Pros
A very high quality product, for a normal, not overcharged price. Also worth mentioning, the company's customer service is great. We believe this is a great purchase.
The motor on this treadmill is 3 chp which under $1000 is nothing short of amazing. Comes with an aux cord to plug your phone into the speakers. Speakers are good for podcast or spoken words, audiobooks, for music i’d stick to headphones.
Treadmill works great now, but had issues at first as display would not turn on. It’s a solid treadmill. Great treadmill.
Cons
Xterra says they can send inspection equipment to me and have some one to fix it for me. I assume i will have to pay to have it disassembled when i return. Item is too heavy and has a strap which i had to cut to install it. A repair person was sent tw... Read More

So far i couldnt have asked for a better unit for the price

Delivery was fast and the sellers reached out to thank me for my purchase
Delivered very quickly assembly is very simple my husband and son assembled it in 30 minutes
I called the xterra support number and within 3 days new wires were sent
The first one we received came in bashed up so we shipped it back for some reason the crew wouldnt allow us to refuse it
Packaging/appearance
This arrived in very sturdy packaging and nothing was broken or crackedno screws were missing
It took longer to unpack it than it did to assemble it as it was packed really well
Treadmill came packaged well in a sturdy box

I spent many hours comparing treadmills my main objective was quality motor size noise level warranty etc
Easily as good as many of the higher priced models
