Pros

Came assembled ready to go with a pouch to store it in. Saves on my back. Can't complain for a cost of $20-25.

The pulley works great and have just the right amount of rope. I am in the process of finishing and adding heat to our garage, and part of the project is to insulate the unfinished garage attic. The pully does a great job.

Cons

The product claims to lift 1000 pounds but i see no way that would be possible after using it on my engine. This is rated for 1 ton of weight. Sadly, it's too late to return this but for sure it’s not rated anywhere near 1000lbs.

Spent 30 minutes trying to untangle. Gave up after an hour an threw in garbage can. Very cheaply made. Avoid like the plague!

The rope is very thin and has way to much stretch. Even though it's braided rather than twist, it still tangles badly. Poor too small bearings and a painfully thin line negate the supposed advantage.
