This just about fits the bill for a good price. Works brilliantly.
The machine is great and enjoying it so far and easy to use. While a longer * would be nice, this is plenty to get some good cardio at home and i'm very happy with the compromise.

Adjustable resistance level is great for a beginner to advanced. The tension settings for me are ideal as a newbie, the foot straps for smaller feet work well. I’d recommend this if you have knee, hip or shoulder issues like i do.

It's ok for a cheap starter rower. I find it very noisy where on a concept you only hear the whoosh of the flywheel.

I did not expect and i am impressed to get such a smooth ride it is sturdy and works well
Great machine is pretty quiet the seat is the noisiest part

Started on setting 6 with a duration of 25 to 30 minutes or 4k distance now i am on setting 8 for 70 minutes or £10k distance
