The xps 9560 does not come with a mouse or optical drive but the compartment on the top of the case should allow these to be carried conveniently

My only complaint is my finger is too big for the opening to the fingerprint reader so it almost never works

I love the look of this case but the fit to my laptop is a little odd — the bottom part of the case pushes out too far to line up with the touchpad unless the laptop is open exactly 90°

It also was difficult to pull the elastic straps over the bottom corners of my screen to the point where i managed to get one pulled over and left the other fearing i might chip or crack my screen in the process

I dont understand what product those who complained about cracked screens were reviewing but i think amazon has these items mixed up somehow

It is not a tight fit and too small to do any real damage
