Pros

Welded solid metal pieces. Seems very sturdy and extremely adjustable. Easy to adjust, from the seat incline/decline to the preacher bar and pad removal- very smooth transition.

Not terrible, but a little distracting. Goes well with my xmark cage.

It is well built. Right on the mark for simplicity and functionality. Despite the list of cons, the pros outweigh the them.

Very easy to assemble. Easy to push up stairs by myself.

Cons

Curl bar is cumbersome at best, had to remove it and use the preacher bench with free weight curl bar instead. Lifetime in-home warranty is not honored. This bench is a nightmare!

After a chest workout my lower back * me. The bench itself is kind of awkward in that it doesn't go completely flat. Also, it is very wobbly on a rubber flooring.
